Does anyone know how to upload images from a mobile device? I'm using Android 4.4.2, and whenever I try to add an image saved on my cellphone, I receive an image upload failure message.

Try it from the Google Chrome app. I've not had that error but if you use the Chrome app and request desktop site, it should work.

That just worked for me, but it was a reply & not a new post....

Edit: sorry, also on Samsung nexus s 4g, running 4.1.1

The issue could be with the image itself. Could you try transferring or emailing it to yourself and uploading from desktop? I'd be interested to know if you receive the same error after doing so.

Email the image worked fine. Interestingly, if I select the camera when posting an image, then take a picture, the image posts just fine.

So you're only having trouble when uploading a picture that's already on your phone's storage, correct? Is that affecting all images on your device?

I should also add I discovered the phone won't upload stored pictures to any site through the browser, not just here.

Is that so? INTERESTING! Can you attach some screenshots of the N5's image upload flow? Might be tricky considering you can't upload anything, but I noticed there are some ways upload can/can't be done on N7/N10 running KitKat. Another user has noted that the N5's flow is not the same.

I'll have to see if I can find the right cable to put images on my PC, but the N5 upload GUI is very similar to that.
